On May 14th at or about 9:45 pm, the victim was walking along side his residence in the 2400 block of Amelia Street. He was approached by a black male armed with a handgun. The suspect forced the victim to remove his pants. The victim complied. The suspect then grabbed the pants and fled the scene on foot. The suspect is described as a 25-28 year old black male, 5'9", 170 lbs., wearing black pants and a black shirt with dark colored stripes.
